ArgoCD: One Application to rule them all

I wanted to share something I find valuable with you all. One of my colleagues (@sergej-laufer) and I have developed a fantastic boilerplate solution for using Argocd to deploy various cluster addons and applications. We have put in a lot of effort to create this setup, based on our production environment experiences and requirements, with the aim of making people fall in love with Argocd.
