App stuck

Hello everyone,
So I faced this issue, when one of the apps stuck because of image is not found, so pods are crashlooping and pushing a new chart won't apply, unless a manual intervetion.

In this case app stuck in sync state for 12h+

Is there a way to fix this behavior? I want argo controller to forcefully update an app if there's a new update.
I tried different options so far, including Force=true, but nothing seems to be working.
