Supporting `auth_url` and `token_url` in the oidc config #5036

I was wondering if there are any technical issues with supporting auth_url and token_url in the oidc config.
I was hoping we could wire the config in https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/blob/master/util/oidc/oidc.go#L146 ?
