Sync button stops working when doing a back to back partial syncs

Describe the bug

The sync button at the top of the side panel that emerges when you want to sync resources, can not be clicked when attempting multiple partial syncs.

To Reproduce

On the main screen in the ArgoCD UI 10 apps are marked as out of sync.
I click on the button at the top called 'Sync Apps' and I select 5 of the 10 out of sync apps and I press 'Sync'
When the apps finish syncing, I again click 'Sync Apps' at the top of the main screen and select the remaining out of sync apps. When I try to press the Sync button in the side panel, it doesn't work.
In order to work around this, I have to refresh the main screen.

Expected behavior

Sync button should remain working at all times
