Multiple workflows triggered on a single event

We have configured an eventsource to watch on changes to an argo application and trigger argo workflow based on this event. Everytime this event is triggered, we are observing 4 workflows starting in parallel (a few seconds apart). Eventhough this is not creating any issue with the result we want, this is creating unnecessary noise. Could we get some help to understand what could be wrong in the follow filter we are using?

Did you find the solution to this issue?
I am facing the same issue and no matter what I put in the filters, it is triggering multiple events.

If you already found a solution and you can help me out here, I will really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

@jsingh-1 - No I have not found a solution, pretty much like what you mentioned none of the filters seems to help. Since the main trigger works, for now we are just living with it.
