Minio EventSource ignores caCertificate attribute #3338

Describe the bug
Trying to add an Minio EventSource with custom certificate, however updating the yaml removes the caCertificate part.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to argo-workflows
Click on EventSources
Click on your Minio EventSource
Add a caCertificate to the minio spec.
Click save
See caCertificate removed

Expected behavior
The caCertificate field stays, or the docs are updated properly to reflect this behaviour.

Environment (please complete the following information):

Argo: 3.5.10
Argo Events: 2.4.8
