Using atlas for integration testing: How can I parse a schema.hcl file to a *schema.Schema?

My plan is to do something like this:

err, DB := db.ConnectToDB("DSN_OF_TESTING_DB")
// ariga.io/atlas/sql/postgres
driver, err := postgres.Open(DB)
currentSchema, err := driver.InspectSchema(ctx, "public", nil)
// read from schema.hcl file
changes := driver.SchemaDiff(currentSchema, schemaOnFile)
err := driver.ApplyChanges(ctx, changes)
// ..... Start integration testing funcs

But I don't find a way to parse a schema.hcl file to a *schema.Schema, I've tried using ariga.io/atlas/schema/schemaspec/schemahcl's Unmarshal but I can't get it:

$ go get ariga.io/atlas/schema/schemaspec/schemahcl
go: module ariga.io/atlas@upgrade found (v0.13.1), but does not contain package ariga.io/atlas/schema/schemaspec/schemahcl

EDIT: It seems that ariga.io/atlas/schema/schemaspec/schemahcl existed in v0.4.2 but doesn't anymore
