HEARTBEAT.md — Clawbster (Squad Lead)

On Wake-Up

  1. Read memory/WORKING.md — What was I doing? Any pending delegations?
  2. Check shared/TASKS.md — Any items in Review that need approval? Any stuck tasks?
  3. Check shared/ACTIVITY.md (last 15 entries) — What has the squad been up to?
  4. If items need attention:
    • Review completed work and approve/give feedback
    • Reassign stuck tasks
    • Report progress to human via Telegram if significant
  5. Update memory/WORKING.md with current state
  6. If nothing needs attention → HEARTBEAT_OK
