[Feature Request] Compare file sizes

I send a picture and it got larger. It would be helpful if the file size would be compared before sending and only the smaller picture gets send.
Also I set the quality to 85 and

convert foo.jpg -quality 85 bar.jpg
produces a smaller image than sendreduced.
