Rerooting control hidden and disabled

Hello,

thanks a lot for the great tool!

I realized that the reroot-control panel is hidden in the web-app (the 'reroot-controls' id has the display: none property)

In addition, the buttons within the reroot-control are disabled

Its possible to update both html elements in the browser via the dev-panel. If this is done, rerooting the tree works like a charm. I dont know if disabling this feature is intended or an accident, but it would be great to have the re-root option available by default - especially since the functionality is already there :)

Okay, apparently PearTree interprets my tree as rooted (I exported the rooted tree from FigTree), because of the [&R] bracket in the tree-file and accordingly disables the control.

begin trees;
	tree tree_1 = [&R] (TREE)

In this case the issue is that the tree is not displayed as rooted in the web-app 😬
