In Input and Gate Computation - I you write that image

Shouldn't it be image?
The same applies to f and o.

Sorry, my mistake. Your formulas are correct.

However, I'd like to propose to make them a bit more consistent: You could replace
image by image.
Alternatively, make the formulas more explicit and change all i, o and f to image, image and image.
