Link to DimensionalData in docs menu

DimensionalData no longer deploys its docs to gh-pages, and it uses a very different docs build from the rest of the packages we include. I have removed it from our docs build. Ideally we would simply have a hyperlink in the menu linking to its docs, but this is not yet supported JuliaComputing/MultiDocumenter.jl#67.
