Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the user need to create a configuration and select which checker bundles should be included in the run.

Describe the solution you'd like

Framework decide based on the extension of the input file which checker bundles should be executed. The Manifest file need to hold the information for which file type a checker bundle is suitable.

Additional context

Open questions:

  • How to configure the parameters of the checker bundles? Need the user provide a template configuration or similar for a file type? If yes, then there is no need to add the information to the manifest file. Only if we want to support help for registering checker bundles for the user.
