swipe only acts when i scroll from the edge in android

As I wrote in title, I cannot scroll or swipe the image from the center.
I have multiple images and have a click event. click event works well
but swipe only works when i touch the edge of the phone
Is there any solution?

• it swipes when I quickly drag from the center
• doesn't know why
