Describe the issue:
In the readme file, it is pointed to this https://github.com/asgardeo/asgardeo-tomcat-oidc-agent/releases/download/v0.1.4/oidc-sample-app.war war file. So when we use that war, it is not working properly.

16:11:28.446 [http-nio-8081-exec-2] FATAL io.asgardio.tomcat.oidc.agent.OIDCAgentFilter - Couldn't retrieve remote JWK set: Read timed out

ReadMe should point to the latest released stable war file.
