Maybe something changed in xctool?

I've used plain xcodebuild locally and it worked:

xcodebuild test -scheme "Unit Tests" -workspace 'Example/Forgeries.xcworkspace' -sdk iphonesimulator -destination 'platform=iOS Simulator,name=iPhone 6,OS=latest' | xcpretty

Ah, I think Circle changed their default build command recently.
