Splash intro screen

Problem statement

Need an initial screen that can be swiped to reveal 2/3 other screens that introduces the application. What does it do, how do you use it, how can you get more help?

Once a user sees it once they should never see it again (use the shared preferences protobuf to do this), and there should be an option to skip it in case you're an experienced user. There should be a new settings pages that, for now, lets you re-see the splash screen.

Acceptance criteria

• A new user will see a splash screen introducing the app.
• Once a user sees the splash screen they will not see the splash screen again on startup.
• Create a new settings page accessible via a button in the top-right of the app, for now it just lets you re-see the splash screen intro.

Rather than diving into code first I'm taking a step back and doing some research. I'll research blog posts, think of other splash intro screens I like and why, and come up with some goals for this screen.

I'll then post some proposed text and ideas for review.

The challenging part of this is not code, it's the content.
