Improve help screen text

## Problem statement

I wrote the help screen text in a rush and it's not very user friendly. In combination with #3 consider what the help text is for the user. Do include technical details but only at the very end as an optional aside.

## Acceptance criteria

- As a user the help section is useful and tells me how to effective generate strong, easy to memorize passwords.
