You can add a gerrit bot to do following things
- Send a message to hipchat once a patch is merged
- Update the redmine ticket once a patch is created and its subject has following format [t${issue-number}], for example, [t1234]
This script need the help of hipchat/hipchat-cli
Clone hipchat-cli
And modify run.py for your own setting
