helper-compose is now handlebars-helper-compose

The docs for the {{compose}} helper (assemble.io/helpers/helper-compose) list the npm name as helper-compose, but trying to install that returns a 404 error.

Digging into it, I found that the helper now lives in the helpers/handlebars-helper-compose repo. The docs should be updated to reflect this.

I also just noticed that the link at the bottom of the docs for reporting an issue points to the assemb/assemble-docs repo, which doesn't exist:

that would be awesome. I'll be publishing a new version of this project soon, after that it will be a lot easier to contribute to.
