[improvement]: Enlarge 'pjsip show aors' ContactUri column from 45 chararcters wide to 55 #44

Improvement Description

When using ‘pjsip show contacts’ or 'pjsip show aors, Asterisk displays a ContactUri column which in my setup, is 45 characters-wide.

This is often too narrow to fully display the involved IP address.
As you may guess, seeing IP addressing data is very important to sysadmins.

Could it be possible to have a wider column ? For 10 more characters would be fine.
