How do I run this on all stocks?

It seems to check a list to see if they are on S&P or Nasdaq 100. I don't know why this is. You can go into the config file and put other stocks, but I'm not sure if it will work right. I got it to run on other stocks but it's possible that it can't get all the required data. If someone could chime in on this I would really like to know if the scores are accurate for other stocks please.
