Hi Stuart!
It is time to get Aperio started on the next contract for the cylce 4 projects.
Because there are three projects #408, #423, #410, we will need to combine the scope of work to include all three of them in the contract.

Below are the instructions on how to start a new contract with NumbFocus (you have done this before so should be straight forward).

@aaryapatil will be the POC for this contract, but each project will still have the same POC as assigned before (John in two of the three)

The Finance Committee propose to extend the contract that covers #408, #423, and #410 as follows:

• Cycle 4 funding: Core/coordinated Package Maintenance and Development (Aperio Software) #408 is extended for an additional year at the originally requested rate of $86.4k/year.
• Cycle 4 Funding: Astroquery Maintenance (Brasseur) #423 is extended with no extra funds until 2025-09-28.
• Cycle 4 funding: Astropy CoCo Work (Brasseur) #410 is extended with an extra $2.5k to be spend by 2025-09-28.
