Improve triangle #33
Description
Currently triangle does not work if there is no content: ''; next to @include triangle();. Also, second and third argument should probably be switched, as it is standard to write X axis value (width) first and Y axis value (height) second. See http://cssarrowplease.com/ for code that always works.
