"My Items" add ability to store items you own

After not having played for a while I realized that I couldn't really make any meta builds etc. because I was lacking critical items, this experience should be fairly similar to what a somewhat new player has / esp I didn't even know what I own and what I don't own haha. To improve this a bit we should add a way to add the items you already own to DB.

(Note: When I say items I also mean cells)

This would:

• Mark them in a certain way on item lists etc.
• Allow you to filter by owned
• Finder: Only use items you own for finding builds
• Meta Builds: Highlight builds you can actually make
• Meta Builds: Determine the most popular items in meta builds that you don't have.
