Login with incorrect key

Currently users can login without specifying a key, and atuin will generate a new one. They can also login with a key that differs from that used by the other machines, and cause problems for themselves

It should be difficult/impossible to use a different key. We could check key IDs against what we already have, and refuse a key if it isn't correct
