[BUG] Right-click dropdowns don't respect resized windows

Bug Description

When I resize an atuin-desktop window to less than fullscreen, the dropdowns don't appear in the correct location. Their location is correct for the fullscreen window though.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the window size to something else than fullscreen.
2. Right-click on a workspace name.
3. See error

Expected Behavior

The dropdown should appear in the location of the click.

Actual Behavior

The dropdown appears in the location where it would if the window was fullscreen.

Environment

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
• Atuin Desktop Version: 0.1.11
• Atuin CLI Version: none
• Shell: bash
• Terminal: GNOME

Interesting; we don't specify the position of these popups, so I'll need to look into this one to see if there's something we can do.

I'm seeing this as well on Ubuntu 22.04.5, best guess it's down to desktop scaling as I'm running at 200% scaling and the offset for the menu popup looks about right for the difference.

Also running full screen doesn't help and in my case, right clicking the menu only appears very briefly

Also using Gnome and Wayland
