Clicking on Runbooks in the browser column opens them in the main window, iteratively filling up the whole top bar in the main window area (right of Runbook browser). When the tab area overflows, the allowed area for clicking and dragging the app window is completely occupied by tabs. Since the area above the Runbook browser/user selection is not a click/drag target, I can't move the window anymore.
It took a while until I understood why this was, and after closing a couple of tabs, I could reposition the window again. I guess it's not a high-priority bug but rather a minor annoyance.
