[BUG] Issues with New Runbook Execution Engine onboarding button

Bug Description

Similar to #237 but on macOS 14. The runtime runbook onboarding button does nothing when clicked. Further investigation shows an error in devtool console.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Atuin desktop
2. Click on 'Open Runtime Runbook' button
3. Nothing happens
4. Right click to reveal the context menu, then select 'Inspect Element' to open devtools, then go to 'Console' to see JS error.

Expected Behavior

'Open Runtime Runbook' button should open a new demo runbook.

Actual Behavior

The button does nothing.

• Atuin Desktop Version: 0.2.20
• Atuin CLI Version: Not relevant.
• Shell: Not relevant.
• Terminal: Not relevant.
