How to use the console?

I wonder how to use this console. When I run the avdecccmdline, my terminal print the message like this:
root@zmx-virtual-machine:/project/VedioSyn/avdecc-lib-master/avdecc-lib# controller/app/cmdline/avdecccmdline

Enter the interface number (1-2):

My aim is to achieve video sync
But I don't know the next step I should do......

It is asking you which network interface to select. You would press "2" and then Enter. I'm not sure this will help you achieve video sync though.....
