Documentation about filters

Is there somewhere more documentation about how to use the filter flag in the web or CLI tool?
e.g. -f, --filter string Filter all pages by some attributes?

Example/Use Case:
I only wanted to download URLs, which contain some substring. And for those URLs (containing the substring) I wanted to download all the Incoming Links at once.
