Money category second level numbering is off (107-01 is missing) #22

Shouldn't the taxonomy follow consistent numbering? 107's second level starts at 107-02. All the other top levels have a second level that starts with -01.

I see what you did. It's because you completely got rid of the Emergency Cash section. Did you find it to be redundant? What should clients who have been using the previous version do? Keep the Emergency Cash tags or move them under the Financial Assistance category and rename them to the corresponding tags?
