What happened?

Not long ago, you could make small adjustments to x and y offset in Watermark by scrolling the mouse wheel whilst holding down Ctrl. This has stopped working several weeks? ago. Now pressing Ctrl has no effect and you get a cruder adjustment. The fine adjustment is useful for accurate positioning of text.
