The Aurora engine has a function, call, which allows directly submitting a transaction on behalf of an address which is derived from the NEAR account doing the call. This enables smart contracts on NEAR to interact with smart contracts deployed on Aurora.

The purpose of this issue is to document, and give examples of using, this NEAR to Aurora cross-contract functionality.
