Safari giving a blank report

Tested in Safari 12 and Safari Technology Preview 12.1.

In the console I see:

Do you have “Website tracking: Prevent cross-site tracking” enabled in the privacy settings?

If that setting is the issue, I probably have to change the way the data gets transferred to the report page.

I believe (can't figure out how to confirm) that this is the new default setting?

I think so too, it probably is the new default...

Also, it’s generally a great feature that all browsers should have. So I have to fix this in the linter.
