Can't connect over Xbox

Downloaded the latest version .zip, configurated the data sending over on Xbox, as described in the step-by-step, and it doesn't show any data on the display. Sorry if this isn't enought data, new to github and programming.

on your PC download the SDK and install it
make sure your Xbox and PC are on the same network

open command prompt (press windows+r or search 'cmd') and type "ipconfig"
find your IP, it should be under "Ethernet adapter Ethernet:" then by " IPv4 Address"

put your PC IP into the "data out IP Address" field
set the port to "5300"
and packet format to "Car Dash"
enable data out

on the PC re-open the forza telemetry application, then start driving in the game and it should work
