Support Light Clients

Scope

• This could be a long term goal because it requires a lot of changes in the polling method and on the core components of the burner.
• xDai runs over a Parity Ethereum side-chain. The light.js library is 100% compatible with the xDai chain.
• Parity Fether could become a starting point or a reference to add this functionality.

Deliverables

• The burner wallet uses a light client in a transparent way. It should work in the background and the user should not notice it.
• Encapsulate the burner as an electron app to make full usage of a light client.
