Small little bug, but the metamask popup is pretty annoying when DevTools is open.

so that is only present when your metamask is pointed to something that is not localhost or dai.poa.network

it is really meant to be annoying because there were a few times I sent mainnet eth on accident hahaha

if it isn't acting the way it should let's figure it out.
