New tracking methods in analytics.js

My guess is that trackiffer will not work with the new ga('send', '…') syntax. Docs: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/pages

I'll try to take a look to see if there is a way to magically switch between tracking methods.

I've been working with a branch of trackiffer for a few months, and I'm not even sure ga('send' … works. So weird.
