Add Multilingual Support to Improve Accessibility

Currently, the Rock Paper Scissors game supports only the English language, which limits accessibility and usability for non-English-speaking users. To make the game more inclusive and user-friendly, it would be beneficial to add support for multiple languages.

Suggested Enhancement:

1. Introduce a language selection prompt at the start of the game.

2. Externalize all user-facing text into a dictionary or translation file.

3. Provide translations for common languages such as Hindi, Spanish, French, Tamil, Bengali, etc.

4. Allow easy extension for adding more languages in the future.
