🐍 Issue: Add Snake Game with Polished UI and Save Support

Create a new Snake Game using Tkinter with the following core requirements:

• GUI with canvas rendering
• Snake movement with arrow keys
• Real-time score tracking
• High score saved to file
• Restart/reset functionality
• Clean, modern visual design

This will replace the CLI-based versions with a fully playable, GUI-integrated experience.
