EDD has loads of extensions which utilize custom fields on the downloads post type plus there are myriad uses of them on individual configurations. However we've currently no way to map data from a CSV to any meta fields.

I propose we add a new repeatable row at the bottom of the Product Field column with an input field where the meta key could be entered and mapped to a column.

Hey, EDD crew. I was doing some research on importing custom Download meta, but, after reading through the import files, there doesn't appear to be any easy way to do so. I wanted to check in on this one to see if there may be anything in the works to allow for importing custom fields. If not, I'd be happy to share what I did, or submit a PR.

@renventura with our focus for EDD Core on 3.0, we haven't gotten to this yet, if you have some work you've already done, we'd be happy to look it over and merge if it meets the needs of the issue.
