Describe the feature

Since upgrading to aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials@v2, I no longer have the node warning, but have this one instead:

(node:1718) NOTE: We are formalizing our plans to enter AWS SDK for JavaScript (v2) into maintenance mode in 2023.

Please migrate your code to use AWS SDK for JavaScript (v3).

Use Case

It's not a blocker yet, but raising this warning before it becomes one :)
