Create View Container Component for Unified View Management

At present, each view in the plugin is an independently registered ViewPart in Eclipse. This leads to subtle bugs with maintaining a stable perspective, causing the plugin window to jump around in some cases. Furthermore, because each view is an independently registered view part, adding new views to the plugin is challenging and requires updating the Eclipse configuration file.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implementing a View Container component that will house all the different views in the plugin, which address the perspective switch bug and make it simpler to add new plugins. Only the view container will be registered as a view part in Eclipse and it's contents will be switched out to display the relevant view.
