Version 2.13.46 was released, but the artifacts are missing.

Expected Behavior

It's been an hour after the tag release, and the artifacts should be available.

Multiple package managers relying on tags for releases are failing upgrades (asdf, aqua, etc.).

Hi @nikolay thanks for reaching out. The https://awscli.amazonaws.com/AWSCLIV2-2.13.36.pkg is available now. Currently the installers are published after the git tags are pushed. Therefore there is no guarantee that the artifacts will be available once the git tags are available.
