Sigv4 signing of streaming request bodies for async clients

Currently the SDK is not able to do SigV4 signing of streaming request bodies for async clients.

Can you please clarify why making the SDK work in the way it advertises but currently fails to is a "feature" rather than a "bug" ?

This won't get fixed in v1. If this is still an issue on v2, please let us know and put the repro case details in a new aws/aws-sdk-java-v2 issue.
