Cognito SRP_A Generator

The aws-sdk-java dont have the class to generate SRP_A.
Had to extract it from aws-sdk-android.
Add this class if SRP_A still needed.

Thank you for the feature request. After revisiting this with the team, adding a client-side SRP helper for Cognito's USER_SRP_AUTH flow is not planned. Closing this issue.
