Expose logging level input #503
Description
Similar to how secrets-store-csi-driver exposes the logging verbosity: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/secrets-store-csi-driver/blob/0d9652974f7665a34f83f8288bf7dadc16401606/charts/secrets-store-csi-driver/values.yaml#L200
Can we expose similar options here?
Otherwise we are forced to fork away from the helm chart.
