EMR support of emr-6.X versions > 6.10

Hi,

I found that extension very useful, and kudos to @dacort for creating it. Do you believe that other EMR versions, at least for recent EMR 6.X, will be added for the local environment? I would greatly appreciate it

@monometa you we will work on adding the more recent versions, in the meantime you can modify the Dockerfile used by the devcontainer to use the latest EMR version.
