Description:
The transient solver does not currently support AMR. This is because it will require a different interface to that currently exposed within the basesolver.cpp interface, and need to make use of coarsening to maintain reasonable dof counts as fronts progress through the domain. The dorfler coarsening marking function introduced in AMR, but not ultimately used, can be used for the coarsening.
